Kubica was born from four Businessmen that worked in Real Estate with more than 70 years of experience in property management. Our main objective is to achieve returns above expectations through investments.

Our success is supported by a team of more than 40 professionals, which include urban planners, architects, lawyers, and interior designers etc. These collaborators allow us to successfully finish all operations on a case-by-case basis with a high degree of sustainability and efficiency on time and costs.

We focus on value add projects, generating assets from prime residence or tourist locations in areas with a high upward trend adding value on property through renovations.

SEARCH FOR OPPORTUNITIES

After several years working in this field, we have developed a long list of contacts in our possession. These associates provide us with the knowledge that allows us to know when properties are being sold off markets. We then analyze and anticipe the level of opportunities that will be available. This also allows us to select the operations with less risk and select the more complete option to offer the first to the most interested.

ANALYSIS

The different technical, urban planning, commercial and financial departments work side by side to achieve high efficiency by analyzing all the opportunities that come to us, quickly ruling out those that do not fit our profile, and effectively delving into the most attractive ones.

PLANNING AND STRATEGY

We are developing a strategy for each asset. We study the supply and demand for targeted audiences, and usable spaces. To do this, we put all our know-how into the real estate world to optimize the final product. Our deep knowledge in urban planning, licenses, architecture, and marketing allow us to add value to each asset, and for exceed the average returns in te real estate sector.

We have a top-level technical and commercial team, which together with trusted architecture studios and construction companies with whom we regularly collaborate, allows us to achieve the projected results both in time and cost.
